• All sales are final. No refunds will be given for completed digital artwork or design services.
• Physical products (like prints or merchandise) may be eligible for replacement only if damaged during shipping or defective upon arrival.
• You must notify us within 7 days of delivery with clear photo evidence to request a replacement.

If you are unhappy with a custom project, please reach out so we can discuss possible revisions or solutions.
5. Disclaimers

• Cait Designs provides all services and products "as is." We do not guarantee specific results unless outlined in a signed agreement.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits, due to project delays, data loss, or service interruptions.
• While we take every care to ensure accuracy, colors may vary slightly between digital previews and physical prints.

6. Copyright and Ownership
Unless stated otherwise in writing:

• Clients receive full rights to the final artwork after full payment is received.
• Cait Designs retains rights to showcase the work in portfolios, social media, and marketing unless the client opts out in writing.
• All preliminary sketches, drafts, and unused concepts remain the property of Cait Designs and may not be reused or reproduced without permission.
• All website content (text, graphics, design) is protected by copyright and may not be copied, republished, or redistributed without written consent.

7. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted to this page. Continued use of the site and services after changes implies your acceptance of the new terms.
